Understanding Premenstrual Syndrome(PMS) | The Guardian Nigeria Newspaper - Nigeria and World News

Everyone has a certain connection to a woman either as a sister, co-workers, mother, wife or others. The premenstrual syndrome(PMS) refers to the various symptoms that occur between the weeks of ovulation and the menstrual cycle.
